Convinced that education is a powerful lever for transformation, Isabelle firmly believes in the pedagogical leadership role of teachers in creating inclusive, innovative, and meaningful learning environments. This conviction has guided her commitment to the college network for nearly 15 years and naturally led her to the AQPC, a privileged space for dialogue and collective action.   

With a master's degree in education specializing in educational technology and experience serving as a pedagogical counsellor in continuing education, she helps teachers develop their capacity for action. Supporting pedagogical reflection, valuing teaching expertise, and promoting the emergence of innovative practices are integral parts of her daily work.   

Her involvement in the college network reflects her desire to contribute to a collaborative community that advances teaching for the benefit of all learners.
