Yes, you must become an individual member of the AQPC or renew your membership to participate in the symposium, even if your institution is a pedagogical partner of the AQPC. This membership gives you several benefits. To find out about the discounts and privileges offered to members, visit our website: https://www.aqpc.qc.ca/en/individual-members
In addition, the packages offered allow you to pay for your membership and the symposium in a single transaction.

AQPC membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel your symposium participation. Your annual AQPC membership will therefore be maintained and you will be able to enjoy all the member benefits for one year.
  • A cancellation fee of $100 will be automatically retained by the AQPC for any cancellation of your symposium participation made on or before May 1, 2026.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made after May 1, 2026.

Schedules and presented documents

Yes, registration for the symposium is mandatory for all workshop presenters. However, you can check with your institution's academic administration to see if a block of registrations has been purchased.
  1. A 50% discount is offered on symposium registration (excluding annual membership and banquet) to the main facilitator and secondary facilitator of a workshop. Discount codes will be emailed at the end of March to all workshop presenters. If more than two people are facilitating, it is up to them to determine who will use the two available codes.
  1. For shorts, a 50% discount on symposium registration (excluding annual membership and banquet) is offered to the main presenter only.

Discount codes are sent by email at the end of March to all presenters. For 60-minute workshops, two discount codes are assigned, while only one code is offered for Shorts-type workshops (30 minutes).
If your code does not work, it has already been used by two people. We invite you to contact your other colleagues who will be facilitating the workshop to verify.

It is not necessary to add your workshop to your schedule. Your profile on the Swapcard app will be linked to your workshop as a facilitator as soon as possible. This will prevent you from blocking a spot for another participant.

Schedules and presented documents

Yes, you will have access to the documents at the end of June. They will be available on the AQPC app and posted on the EDUQ.info website.

Simply log in to the platform to view your workshop choices and your personalized schedule. We also invite you to download the AQPC app on your iPhone or Android device to receive important notifications during the event.

At the banquet, priority is given to symposium participants. However, if seats are still available in May, the information will be posted in our newsletter and/or on our social media accounts so that other people can purchase tickets.
For the ceremony, given the capacity of the room, each award recipient may invite two people to accompany them to the Honourable Mention ceremony. A registration form is sent to the academic administration and the AQPC Relay at the institution. If necessary, you may reorganize the distribution of your seats internally in order to assign one to another person.
