The members of the AQPC board of directors are all volunteers. They are in charge of the association’s administration and are elected generally for two-year terms by the general assembly, which involves the individual members of the AQPC. This election takes place in conjunction with the Association’s annual conference in June.

The AQPC wishes to give its sincere thanks to the colleges for recommending our board of directors members.

Kimberling, a technopedagogical advisor passionate about the college network, discovered the AQPC through the Pédagogie collégiale journal. From the outset, her reading has been a source of guidance for her in her many responsibilities, including research, continuing education, programs, and ICT integration, offering her food for thought and practical references. Attending her first annual symposium confirmed the relevance of the association: not only did she gain new knowledge, but she also felt a real sense of belonging to a committed community.
Her professional career has been marked by a diversity of experiences: before working in the college network, she taught various populations, ranging from high school students to retirees, as well as French language learners. This wealth of experience nourishes her practice and strengthens her desire to actively contribute to the development of the network. A traveler at heart, she identifies with Nelson Mandela’s words: "If you want the cooperation of humans around you, you must make them feel they are important - and you do that by being genuine and humble."
It is the AQPC's mission to value, support, and promote college pedagogy that motivates her to get involved with its board of administrators. She deeply believes that the AQPC plays a unique role in disseminating knowledge, sharing expertise, and creating spaces for collaboration where network members can grow together. Having herself felt the need for guidance and mentoring at the beginning of her career, she now wants to give back to the network what she received.
