Description
As a pedagogical counsellor at the Cégep de la Gaspésie et des Îles, I am responsible for supporting a pedagogical podcast project called “Pédago grandeur nature.” Initially, the goal was simply to share information with our teachers on a specific pedagogical topic: outdoor education. However, the response to the first three episodes was so positive that our team decided to take the project further and tackle pedagogical topics from a variety of perspectives, ranging from John Hattie's meta-research, over portfolios as an evaluation tool in literature, to humour in teaching. In addition to informing teachers about innovative practices and successes within our educational institution, we encourage them to use this medium and believe that this will help promote our community.
