The webinar will focus on the various steps involved in developing and implementing the Integrated Technical Training Laboratory at Cégep André-Laurendeau. Five components will be presented: the preliminary structuring of work teams, the foundations of the pedagogical approach, the role and posture of teaching staff, the place of students in an interdisciplinary context, and finally, the evaluation process. The objective is to produce a summary appraisal of the process in order to facilitate the transfer of knowledge to other educational settings.
