Supervision and evaluation of teamwork

Mission and purpose

This community aims to equip teachers to supervise teamwork, enabling students to enjoy stimulating and enriching collaborative experiences, supporting their collaborative skills, and contributing to fair and equitable assessment practices for teamwork.

It provides a space for exchange and discussion on the challenges of teamwork, as well as a place to share innovative, evidence-based approaches.

Who is it for?

This community is for people interested in supervising and evaluating teamwork, particularly:

• teachers using teamwork, especially in disciplines where collaboration is a soft skill to be taught;

• pedagogical counsellors involved in programs where teamwork is present;

• anyone interested in assessing learning in a collaborative context.

Objectives

1. Encourage the co-construction and sharing of resources, innovative ideas, and transferable approaches in the various disciplines of the college network.

2. Support the implementation of pedagogical practices for supervising and evaluating students in a teamwork context.

3. Support evidence-based pedagogical innovation.

4. Contribute to the recognition and dissemination of knowledge produced within the community.
