A Tool for Developing Reflective Practice
Further to a collaborative effort with professionals from the Collège Édouard-Montpetit, this professor and researcher at the Université du Québec à Montréal proposes and describes a professional-integration tool that focuses on the act of teaching and uses writing and video. The article discusses an experiment involving video feedback, simple self-confrontation, and a diary, combined with self-evaluation, with a view to developing and supporting the reflective practice of teachers at the college. An evaluation of the tool by participants is also included.
