Optimizing CCTT Advantages for College Education
Fanny Kingsbury, executive director of the Association québécoise de pédagogie collégiale (AQPC), describes research conducted with colleagues Fanny Bourgeois and André Doré that focused on how to optimize the impact Centres for Technology Transfer (CCTTs) on college education. These advantages include ongoing, effective communication among CCTT members and their CÉGEP colleagues, as well as improved coordination between CCTT activities and college curricula. The researchers found that involving students and encouraging their participation in research projects also helps them stay in school and find employment.
