Identifying progressive and final developmental markers

This article by Mr. Tardif is an adaptation of the 2nd part of a paper included in the 2004 AQPC Proceedings of the symposium (Actes du colloque).  As a follow-up to an article previously published in the magazine, he presents two descriptive scales designed for CEGEPs, that explain the nature and characteristics of progressive and final development markers using a Nursing program competency as an example.
