Learning From our Professional Experience by Means of a Problem-Solving Approach
To deal with concerns as diverse as the lack of time for meeting learning objectives in class, problems experienced by students with a particular aspect of the subject matter, students’ lack of engagement, and a high number of post-assessment failures, PERFORMA’s didactics working group (GT-DID) has proposed an approach for analyzing and solving didactical and pedagogical problems. Composed of three steps, the method allows teachers to identify certain difficulties and learn from their professional experience.
